Dolnja Prekopa is a settlement in the Kostanjevica na Krki municipality in eastern Slovenia. The area was traditionally part of Lower Carniola. It is now included in the Spodnjeposavska statistical region.[2]
There is a small chapel in the village. It was built in the early 20th century.[3]
